Don’t attack others in your songs – Celestine to new gospel artists

Gospel musician Celestine Donkor has admonished rising gospel musicians to do gospel songs with good lyrics that only project the good news of Christ.

She said the term gospel means ‘good news’, adding that Gospel music is one of the vehicles through which the ideals of Christianity should be spread to audiences all over the world.

Donkor added that gospel lyrics should be well written since it is to glorify God and not to attack a fellow artiste in same gospel fraternity.

“Dear Up&Coming Gospel Artist, “The gospel means good news. Let your lyrics project this good news?”Akutia nwom” is not gospel,” She posted on her Facebook Timeline.
