Event organizing is about to change in Ghana - Nabil

Ghanaians have had cause to complain about how concerts, shows and other gigs are organized anyhow in the country without event organizers learning from previous events. Only a few event organizers have lived up to expectation.

One young gentleman who has always played the roe of hiding behind the big curtains and seeing to the success of most of the big events in the country mostly with international flavors is Nabil Alhassan.



Nabil as he is popularly known can be described as a boy wonder as he is very god at what he does. It is therefore not surprising that almost all the programs held at either the Conference Center or the National Theater in Accra see him having a positive and important role to play.



One sometimes wonders how some of these programs just happen considering the magnitude of work that goes into such programs. Nabil  has helped produced and technically produced concerts featuring international and local stars such as; Boyz II Men, Akon, Shaggy, Kevin Little, Wayne Wonder, Don Meon, Sean Paul, Samini, Ofori Amponsah, Becca, Kwabena Kwabena and a host of others.



Don’t be deceived by his appearance for he will always amaze you with the output of his production. Nabil  does not only produce such concerts but he also handle set designing, back drops and can help you get the best in lightening systems and of cause the best sounds.



A graduate of Koforidua Sec Tech and GIJ, where he took short courses in Event Management and Advanced Communication, Nabil worked with GBC particularly with the Out-Station Broadcast Section (OB Section) from 1998 to 2001. He left to work at Choice Fm and Top Radio as a DJ before settling down at CharterHouse where he worked as an Assistant Producer from 2001 to 2006. He produced most of the popular and successful programs organized by CharterHouse.



Nabil decided to put his experience and creativity to work and this has witnessed the birth of BrainPoint Media Production which of course he is the CEO. Despite the early ages of BrainPoint Media Production, Nabil and his team of young innovators and result oriented young men have started achieving the fruits of their labor. They have produced most of the concerts in town and are almost close to launching a range of quality TV programs and the first ever Ghana Music Video Awards night though there seems to be collaboration with 4Stye TV in sight.

Nabil  through BrainPoint Media has partnered and helped other event organizing companies like Silicon House, 100 Degrees (Night with Naija), Creative Storm among others to make concerts memorable and enjoyable.



“Currently am focusing on my aim of revolutionizing the event organizing and entertainment industry in this country and believe you me in the next couple of years Ghanaians would have their monies worth anytime they patronize any program that BrainPoint Media is involved with”, Nabil assured with all seriousness.



“We have a couple of TV shows which would be hitting our screens soon and the concepts are not of the carbon-copies we see on TV. We are coming out with innovative and quality programs and reality shows that would keep audiences spellbound”, he added.
