A few months ago GASMILLA popularly known as the INTERNATIONAL FISHERMAN released a song called “Letter to the Government” that might directly or indirectly have started a chain reaction which led to the presentation of an award and very good motivational package to the best fisherman.
This video is serves as a reminder to all and sundry that the award is a step in the right direction but more work needs to be done and it is our hope that other pending issues related to the plight of “the fisherman” be addressed.
