The Efua Sutherland Park will be the venue for grand performances of a number of Ghana’s leading gospel musicians plus a wide variety of entertaining and fun filled activities in a whole day’s non-denominational event on Saturday, October 15.
The programme, organised by Events Africa, is open to all and sundry and has the theme “Presenting the Christian Reunion in collaboration with the Churches in Ghana.”
Among the various activities which begin from 9am to 5pm are fun games like train ride, horse riding and bouncy castles for kids, exhibition of products by different enterprises, comedy shows and a three hour live gospel show with a live band on hand.
The gospel show is expected to feature celebrated artistes like Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Jane and Bernice, Danny Nettey, Josh Laryea, Commissioned Family, Azigiza Junior and Borax the Guitarist among others.
According to Events Africa, this programme is the first of its kind in Ghana since it is a non-denominational event seeking to bring together not only Christians from different Churches but people from all walks of life for the purpose of having fun without any religious motives.
