Joma Records bounces back from the farm

From the two acre maize and cassava farm, Joma Records is out with the fourth release of Peter Aryee, A. K. A. Araz of Laimomo fame.

Appearing this time around with a single one titled “Ghanaians hate Ghana”, he disclosed that a critical analysis of Ghanaians ranging from the president to the layman’s interest had always lye to be in foreign lands for greener pastures.



This he mentioned is in regards Brain Drain upsurge and its effects in our dear country which motivated him to come out with this particular song. Lyrics in that work-piece brings to mind the list of business men, the media, civil servants and even armed robbers, all hate to live and work in Ghana.



The artist says; “this is probably to notify and advice against such behavior”. The song is enjoying airplay in the city of Accra and other parts of the country.

The last news on Araz in show-business bear the caption (Araz goes to farm) which talked about how the hiplife artist, who is well known among beginners of Ga rappers said goodbye to music and went farming to save him from paying higher payola demand.



The story explained further that the artist was running from payola to work on training up-coming artists in his own camp among other things to also face court charges between him and one of the popular engineers, Jeffrey Quaye, popularly known as JQ, over a recording debt.



After confrontations with the media which published that story, he was offered a rejoinder to clear that baseless news. Araz is back after years of silence, this time round to stay and make heights after his fourth album comes out fully recorded with other songs including this present single “Ghanaians hate Ghana”.
