It’s been a minute since we last heard from Kgee of KgPM music fame. In fact, the last time Kgee impacted the Ghanaian music industry was back in 2014 when KgPM dropped the song titled “Thank God Ibi Friday (T.G.I.F.)” and now he’s with back with another banger titled ‘No LongTin’.
Rapping over an afro/dancehall-inspired beat, Kgee is making his return to the rap game and hopefully can follow it up with more singles, good music videos and a great album soon.
For this single, Kgee chose to pair the talents of producer, Samsney On It and Kaywa’s newly signed acts - King Maaga and Mr. Drew.
Kgee has been teasing the new single for weeks now and from the day is came live, it charted at number 18 as it’s highest peak in the world chart category on iTunes music store.
Kgee is now the kind of artist that no one forgets about anytime they listen ‘No Longtin’ because the song reception on the streets, pubs, discos, radio and TV airwaves is just amazing.
KgPM, (comprised of Kgee and Phyrme Minister) still remains a household name for any fan of hiplife who fell in love with the genre in the 90s & 2000s.
Their music titled 'Mmiri Bi Be Ba' and 'Saa Na Wotie' with the Pidgen and Twi flows reached the hearts of many youths and still remains a global influence for up-and-coming rappers and producers.
