Sunyani : An 84th minute strike by veteran, Ben Kusi enabled Bofoakwa Tano to beat RTU 2-1 in the 13th week ABC premier league match played at the Sunyani Coronation park on Sunday.
It was Bofoakwa Tano who opened the scores as early as the 15th minute of the game through Abraham Agyapong with a 20-metre grounder that beat goalkeeper John Baker in post for RTU.
RTU's skipper Shilla Alhassan levelled up in the 20th minute through a penalty after mid-fielder Francis Adomako handled the ball in Bofoakwa's vital area.
Bofoakwa could have increased the tally but wasted glaring scoring chances, including a 41st minute penalty by Adomako.
Bofoakwa scored the match winner in the 84th minute through Ben Kusi.
