Music Music the most exciting and Ghana’s NO.1 entertainment reality live show which has won the hearts of most Ghanaian for years, has won a new stunning skin hence adding more spice to the show to get all lovers of the show involved. What is this new dimensioning of the show all about?
I guess you know it is because it has been in session for the past two months. That is selecting four musicians every month be it gospel, highlife or hip life artistes to bring them into view and accessing their best performances in one full month and the artiste who records the highest votes emerges the winner for that month.
Does it all ends as the artistes emerge as winners? I bet that is what you will have loved to ask. Well, it is a big NO! All winners of each month will have to compete at the end of the year to win the fantastic prizes (including a brand new car) and some souvenirs from MTN the sponsors of the show since its inception.
One thing I did liked about music music is the jokes and discovery of the week aspect which also added more flavor to the show has been eliminated in this new programming. Let’s see what happens after this competition segment. Maybe it will be back.
In the month of June, Christiana Love, Bandana, and FBS competed. After four grueling weeks Christiana Love emerged the winner. Last month as well, Antwi ne Antwi, Ohenema Mercy, Borax and Isaiah Ampong also competed and Isaiah topped them all.
What’s up for this month? It has been a great competition between OD4, Kwaw kesse a.k.a Abodam, Georgia Adjei and Florence Obinim which ended this week. We all waiting till the course of the week for the results for this month!!!
Most people keep wondering why Florence Obinim still appeared in the competition when she is pregnant but she thinks her pregnancy should not cause any hindrance in her life and career and also it takes the Grace of the Almighty God to come this far and she promise to emerge the winner for this month. She added by thanking all her fans out there for bringing her this far.
OD4 the corrupted form of the Akan word “Obiaa di fo” meaning “everyone is guilty” is also one of the artiste competing this month. He came into the music scene with his raga-life style which most Ghanaians thought was very unusual but has got stuck in the music scene for quite sometime now.
When OD4 was asked by the presenter of the show, Stacy, if there is any kind of sexual relationship between Ras Nigga and him, he stated that they are just friends and nothing more than that.
In his latest album, most people keep asking why he talks of not helping his family but he made it known to the whole Ghana last Saturday why he thinks you don’t have to help any family member by creating a scenario with a friend’s experience.
Kwaw Kesse who could not get to the studio on time due to a mild illness managed drag himself in to make an appearance at the studio because he thinks life still has to go on. His appearance on stage to apologize for been late alone sent the crowd crazy just like his nicky “Abodam”.
