Hiplife artiste Nhyiraba Kojo has accused some of his colleague musicians of being ungrateful to Ghanaian-based UK event organiser, Alordia Eric, saying the musicians have not been fair to him.
According to Nhyiraba Kojo, almost 90 per cent of Ghanaian musicians who had the chance to fly abroad had their first opportunities through the maverick event organiser.
He said Alordia doesn’t only use popular musicians for his events but promotes almost every Ghanaian musician in the United Kingdom, adding that through Alordia, every popular musician in the Ghanaian music industry has got the chance to travel to Europe, while others are even permanently living in abroad and have discovered other businesses.
Nhyiraba also disclosed that Alordia, who is also a DJ and a radio presenter, was the first to send him to the UK even when the turn-around of his debut songs wasn’t big enough to take him there.
Alordia Eric also uses his events such as the Ghana Music Awards UK, Ghana Meets Naija UK and others to promote and help market Ghanaian musicians in the UK.
