Veteran musician Nana Yaw Wiredu has dropped a new banger titled “Borkor”.
The Japan-based artiste who went off the music scene for years launched a comeback in August this year with the track ‘Asabone’ featuring Patapaa.
His latest track “Borkor” produced by Dr Ray Beat takes enthusiasts to the dance floor with intricate beats that ignite the groove in any music lover.
Nana Yaw has asked fans to keep their fingers crossed for more ground-breaking records after this one.
The seasoned musician had his songs “Wodeede Mu” and “Abena Frema” blacklisted in the 90’s over claims that they were profane.
He however disclosed that even while his songs had been banned on radio, he still earned good money off them as there was good patronage of his cassettes at the time; as people were curious to listen to it despite controversies.
Nana Yaw Wiredu in his hey days worked with the likes of Slim Buster, Adjetey Sowah and a host of renowned dancers across Africa.
He was adjudged the best Ghanaian dancer in 1991.
