Gifted rising musician, Obibini is set to officially release his new work ‘Wayuusu’, a song addressing the contentious issue of skin bleaching by both men and women in the country.

Having been touted by Sarkodie, Jeremy, Mantse Ayequaye, Trigmatic and Jon Germain for his explosiveness, Obibini is no doubt living up to the billing as demonstrated by this new single.

Soldier of Dj Black’s Toontoom Records, Obibini opens his argument stating that Paulina a neighbour has transformed incredibly within a period of 2 months from her chocolate colour to assuming a lemonade shade adding that from James Brown who had a dark shade of colour Paulina has become a fair Chris Brown.

Securing valuable point’s, Obibini gives vivid description to why he maintains his neighbour has bleached.

According to Obibini Boafo, the knees, sheen, ear lobe, back of finger, thighs and the ‘18 yard box with its holy temples’ have all gone through colouration adding the armpit and neck of Paulina have not been spared.

Obibini observes that for those engaging in bleaching, the potent threat of developing cancer cannot be wished away adding for the women the possibility of divorce hovers around.

Using Akuma Mama Zimbi as the symbol of a proud, sexy and professional African lady, the ‘My Story’ hitmaker contrasts such royalty to the smell which comes from folks who bleach adding because of Paulina’s bleaching ways despite her 25 years she now looks like a 30 year old.

Not one to be accused of being bias, the man who has tracks such ‘Shinning, No Money in the Bank, Right Now, Neighbourhood Weirdo and My Story’ to his name reserved some strong words for males who also bleach indicating that despite having trappings of affluence such as mansions and expensive cars, ladies always opted for strong natural men who can make them feel like natural women.

Having taken 11 years for the recognition due him to start pouring in, the rapper whose Obibini acronym stands for (Obviously Black is Beautiful, Infinite and Naturally Inspiring) employs rhymes and raps to preach his sermon on this song, message many might not find even in churches.
