New Orleans Hotel, the venue for the Kumasi concert is expected to host the biggest crowd ever in the Garden city as Ofori Amponsah and his 'posse' take off tonight in 8pm.
Dubbed the 'Pre-Valentine Jam', the show is being organized by Kays Media Production whose director, Mr. Samuel Seth Karikari told The Mirror that tonight's package is a mouth-watering one.
"Ofori Amponsah has always looked forward" to performing for his teeming fans in Kumasi, and now that the opportunity is here, trust that he will give them a spectacular performance", he said.
Mr. Karikari said the show intends to prepare people for Valentine and also sensitize the youth about HIV/AIDS and its devastating effects on Ghanaians in particular and the people in general.
Kofi Nti, Barosky and Kwabena Kwabena of "Aso" fame will all be on stage tonight to give residents of Kumasi and surrounding towns a night to remember.
With Koo Fori and Kwame Dzokoto as MCs for the show, patrons can be assured not only of great music but a night of side-splitting laughter.
