Oheneba P. K. to be honoured…new video beefs up his image

Ghana Business Alliance in United States of America has announced that front man of hip life/contemporary highlife music, Oheneba P. K. will be awarded an honorary award for his great music that he has been giving them.

The award will be presented by Dr. Kwame Edusei-Bawuah, Ghana Ambassador to the United States of America for ‘Highlife Artiste of the Year 2007’.

The singer, whose real name is Albert Cobbina, has been given the honour for “his services to the music industry and for his humanitarian work as a Ghanaian in the states”.

Oheneba P. K. and Priddae Productions will receive the honour on the 26th October, and Dr. Kwame Edusei-Bawuah and Hon. Obeng Busia, Consular-General will conduct the ceremony. This award is expected to open more doors for Oheneba P. K.

The rock superstar of hiplife and contemporary highlife music has also announced that he is working on a new reality show tagged “Queen of Africa and that he will be filling his fans especially the ladies on it very soon.

The good news from Oheneba P. K’s camp is that the CD can be seen on the shelves of every music shop and afro shop music in the States.

Oheneba P. K. just completed his video for the title track, “Full Stop”. It’s not like am blowing my trumpet, but Oheneba P. K. has taste and class so he floods the video with beautiful models.

Oheneba P. K. burst onto the music scene with his debut album, “Full Stop” with guest appearances from Appeh (Danta), Abena Sarfo and Morris Babyface. Oheneba P. K. will be performing with Kwasoul and Kwesi Appeh on that day.
