Bawasaba band led by Africabi Aperh, aka, smart Pozo of Magic Aliens and Nokoko fame, has put together a special jazz programme for the forthcoming Homowo festival.

Formed five years ago, the group, which has been performing at its base on top of the Odo Rise building forth rightly on Saturdays has returned from its African tour.

According to Aperh, they are back to base and will perform this Saturday and every Saturday from 8pm to 1am.

?We will be giving our fans some of the African jazz rhythms that we will be presenting on our forthcoming album. This Homowo jazz jam will be an annual affair and will feature some African jazz exponents from around Africa?.

Its is Aperh's hope that visitors to the country will patronise the jazz sessions at the Odo Rise building to enjoy authentic jazz rhythms from seasoned professionals.
