Music-loving Ghanaians who wondered if his latest album, ‘Bye-Bye’, meant the end of his music career should brace themselves for the good news because his is coming back.

Pozo Hayes, known in the school register as Nana Boakye Ofori Atta, will soon hot the music waves with a new album expected to be launch in London. It will be his ninth album – this time gospel.

Son of Mr. Heron Kofi Asante Ofori Atta, one time Minister of Justice, an Akyem by birth, Pozo Hayes expects to surprise Ghanaians with the yet-to-named eight track album which also includes highlife and reggae hits.

Speaking to The Spectator, the mild-voiced veteran disclosed that he left the music scene temporarily because of unavailable funds and publicity.

But with the comeback, Pozo Hayes believes the difference will soon be very clear.

Pozo Hayes released his first album ‘Looking Over There’ in 1985 and followed it with “Pozo And The Marriot” in1990.

The last time he was spotted on stage was in 2005 when he hit the music scene with “Bye-Bye” album.
