All too soon, the time has come. Ghana, our beloved country will be driving on the KORA All Africa Music Awards’ road with Praye and Tagoe Sisters as the ‘chief drivers’ come this December.

It’s all set for this year’s historic award ceremony which is going to be a night of glamour and glitz. Praye, the sensational group in Ghana will be representing Ghana fully come December 4 in the category of Best Group From Western Africa at this year’s awards.

This group has catapulted themselves onto the music scene busting the local charts in Ghana with songs like ‘Shoddy’ (I and My Shoddy are one), ‘L’asurpadora’, ‘Efie Ne Fie’ and ‘Agya Koo’ on their ‘Mfitiasee’ (Beginning) album.

There is no single show without Praye performing. Talk of Night with the Stars, Nescafe African Revelation, Areeba Fiesta (with Kevin Lyttle and Wayne Wonder), Coca Cola Beach Jam and the likes, they have really shown they have the power to upstage many international artistes.

With their energy and dynamism on stage coupled with their melodious voice, expect nothing but the biggest anytime they come on a show.

When it comes to Tagoe Sisters, oh, they are too ‘hot’ on stage. You can’t handle. They will keep the fire burning in you and get you into a spiritual mood. Their soul-inspiring song ‘Eto Betwa’ is one that stimulates the mind and soothes the soul.

This is a must-listen song since it comforts the depressed and all. If you have not listened to it, go get a feel of it now and check them out also in the category of Best Group From Western Africa.
