With the explosive reaction from Tinny going for the heads of Mframa, everyone has been talking about his interview he granted to us lately.
Everybody is chatting about Mframa and 5Five’s lyrical war since Terror (lead member of Mframa) drew attention to Papi’s line – “Afrikan Gurlz look good like summertime” was a ‘wack’ line.
Ghana Music.com had to bring in a lyrical rap head to settle this issue once and for all. Reggie is back and this time he is not talking about the ills in hiplife but to settle issues between them.
“I don’t see anything wrong with 5Five’s line; he could still have said a girl looks good like cocoa tree”, Reggie Rockstone answered when he was briefed about the whole incident.
“No more short cuts in the game. Everyone should work hard and concentrate in the game. This is all time wasting when we have serious issues to talk about in the hip life game”, Reggie said.
“If he (Mframa) says his (Papi) line is wack that’s his opinion. But what am trying to say is that we have payola issues to be talking about not beef matters”, the Grandpa of hiplife said.
Rapper, Reggie Rockstone has been favourite to many in hip-hop and hiplife scene. And from what I hear, people are really feeling his latest project of the yet to be released album. According to media reports, the MC is set to revolutionize the game with Big Brother Africa housemate, Kweku T, Sway DaSafo, Jay S, Jay Town and more.
So far, Papi and his Bullhaus management have apparently remained tight lipped about this whole and rather concentrating on their new video. Watch out for the video of “No. 1 Fan” which will be premiered on Ghana Music.com as soon its done by the video director.
