After experiencing ups and down in the game, S.M. Bratherz are putting all their misfortunes behind them and moving on with their regional smash song and video, ‘Wone Me Hemaa’.

As teens, Eric Setteh a.k.a Shockie, 19 years old, and Kurankye Jonas a.k.a Marino put their minds and rhyme skills together throughout schooling days. They honed their vision into what it is today – an album titled “Obibini Baa”.

“The ‘Obibinii Baa’ album has hit tracks like ‘Wone Me Hemaa’, ‘Wontia Name Nam’, and ‘Kiss Me’ which were all composed and arranged by us”, S. M. Bratherz said.

Paa K (manager of S. M. Bratherz) is confident that S. M. Bratherz skills so far exceed the hiplife albums on the market.

It’s a depressing tale that because they are new to the game, hiplife lovers have mistaken their ‘Wone Me Hemaa’ song to be properties of Castro and Screwface.

Also joining S. M. Bratherz on their album is an up and coming artiste called Dada who reaped his verse well on the “Wone Hemaa”, hit song.

The young pair have performed at Oman FM Akwaaba Bash, Music Music and the Ghana @ 50 bash held at the fore-court of the State House some weeks back and in all their presence was well felt.

The album sounds more like it should be sold in the international circles rather than the Ghanaian and African market but hey the boys are quickly to chip in that for any business deals they could be contacted on 233 24 2923391, 233 24 6748085 and 233 24 4859650.

The duo is very thankful to their sister, Valerie Amankwah of Foxy Brown Records for their patience and support not also forgetting their mom, Georgina Nifah for her good support.

With the release of their debut album, the group has created the perfect blueprint for all future groups to follow.
