Sonnie Badu to launch latest album within first quarter of 2012

With his unique, soul inspiring and live changing style of gospel music, UK based Ghanaian gospel artiste, Sonnie Badu, has distinguished himself as arguably the most successful gospel musical icon from Africa in recent years.

His unique blend of intimate worship, high class visuals, and his energetic style of ushering congregations into the presence of God has earned him acclamations all over the world and his songs have inspired many to take faith in the Lord.

Sonnie Badu will launch his latest album, Colours of Africa, during this first quarter of 2012. It is currently available for download on itunes and it has already began blessing thousands of lives.

The Album will be launched in London first and followed by a worldwide launch tour.

Sonnie Badu who is also known as “General Badu” has described Colours of Africa as his most promising and soul touching album yet.

The latest album, Colours of Africa, was recorded live in London by Grammy and Dove award winner Danny Duncan. He has recorded gospel greats like Cece Winans, Israel and New Breed, Don Moen, Marvin Sapp and many others. Danny Duncan has dominated quality music recording for the past two decades and has recorded albums of numerous artistes.

Colors of Africa has 20 tracks with Adonai as a bonus track.

The album also features Sonnie Badu’s hits like Arabaribi, Ese Oluwa, Yen Agya and Yahweh.

Speaking on the latest Album, Sonnie described it as one which will take gospel worship music from Africa to new heights.
