Sunyani to hosts MUSIGA congress

Barring any last minute change of programme, the annual national congress of the Musicians Union of Ghana will come off in the Brong Ahafo regional capital, Sunyani on November 14, 2007.

At the congress, the national executives of the about 100 delegates who will be drawn from all the ten regions of the country.

The positions to be contested for includes, President, Vice President, Treasurer, General Secretary and Welfare office among others.

Undoubtedly, the most enviable position to be vied for is the presidency where incumbent Alhaji Sidiku Buari, brings his two term tenure to an end.
