GRi In another front page story, the Chronicle says documents gleaned from the Registrar-General Department and Varadero Limited of which Mr Samuel Nuamah-Donkor, Deputy Minister of Health is a director, show that contrary to his denials, Mr Nuamah-Donkor did operate two signatures.
