The Prophet Arrives in US For Gospel Fest

Ladies and Gentlemen, ?awulame ke attaame?, my fellow Ghanaians we welcome, the arrival of the most popular, history-making and renowned Ghanaian gospel artist, Prophet Seth ? Mehuri So? Frimpong on American soil.

The city of New Jersey is about to be on ?Fiiiiiiiiire? this Saturday, October 16th. Gospel music has never seen anything like it. In a phone conversation with Ghanaweb upon his arrival, the prophet told Mr. CNN that he is happy to be in the USA and is inviting all Ghanaians, friends of Ghanaians and Gospel music lovers to come in their numbers and witness God?s anointing in music. It is definitely an entertainment for the family.

Ghana GospelFest is an annual gospel festival held worldwide to dynamically communicate our rich and intertwined culture and Christian ministry through the celebration Ghanaian Gospel music. The festival also awards gospel musicians for their efforts to promote charity, culture and economic development.

All net proceeds from the Ghana Gospel Fest 2004 will be used to rehabilitate the Women and Children's Maternity Ward at Korle-Bu Hospital, the largest hospital in Accra, Ghana.
