Contestants of the Search, a radio reality show being organised by Peace FM, a private radio station in Accra, were given a nice treat last Saturday at Gomoa Feteh.

The group was led by Fadda Dickson and Fiifi Banson, both of Peace FM.

The group comprised 14 people; 6 contestants and 8 Peace FM staff.

They began the day with a beach volley game. Call it a game of unequal strength; Solomon Adu, playing for Peace FM, had a special chant which put his opponents under a spell.

Interestingly enough, some members of the Peace FM team deserted the volleyball court before the whistle could be blown to end the game.

The score at the end of the game was 15-14, in favour of the contestants.

Fun-loving Adwoa Yeboah Adjei was seen fishing in the Feteh waters.

Quite a number of what could be described as ?laughable nonsense? also took place.

Imagine Constance pouring some malt drink into the mouth of a supposedly dead Koofori buried in the sand.

As soon as he opened his mouth to take the drink, the ?Apraku? man shouted out, ?Osaman Nnum malt, Osaman Nnum malt,? meaning, ghosts do not drink malt.

Yvonne Pinkra and Ebenezer brought to mind the childhood ?hide and seek? game, ?Loo Bita Loo?.

Others swam, and Mike seized the opportunity to prove he was from a coastal town (Nshoona Bi), but agreed the tidal waves were unusually high.

Feteh was fun! It was such an ideal place to chill out and all those who went on the trip would agree to that.

Anyway, I would advise that those phone-ins, no matter the day and time, should not stop, because the contestants understand it to be part of the show. A competition rule; that?s all it is and not family war.
