Come December 27, Alordia Promotions, in collaboration with Media Excel Productions, will host the fourth edition of one of the biggest gospel music concerts dubbed 'Praise the Lord Concert' at the Dominion Centre in London.
The much-awaited gospel concert, which is expected to attract over 8000 gospel music lovers, is being organised to promote Ghanaian gospel artistes and Ghanaian gospel music to the outside world.
The organisers of the event were the brain behind the recently-held Daddy Lumba Show which attracted over 10,000 music lovers from UK and other European countries.
According to a statement issued by Alordia Productions, 'Ghanaian gospel artistes have lived up to expectation in their field of work and it is important to give them the opportunity to showcase their God-given talents as well as promote rich Ghanaian gospel music to the outside world.'
The statement said the collaboration with Media Excel Productions in organising concerts has been very successful.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Media Excel, Ernest Kwasi Ennin promised that the artistes will shake the foundation of the auditorium with their various hit songs, stagecraft and dancing skills.
The organisers told BEATWAVES that this year's edition of the gospel concert would witness performances from the reigning queens of gospel music like Joyce Blessing, Gifty Osei, OJ and a host of others.
While tickets for the event are yet to even come out on sale, gospel music fans are reported to be feverishly making preparations to grab tickets for the event.
To most of them, the event is a matter of pride and is now a must-attend event.
No matter who grabs the most tickets, one thing is certain that the atmosphere on the night would be at fever pitch, and would perhaps be the most electrifying of any show ever held at the Dominion Centre.
