Top Ghanaian hiplife group, Vision In Progress (VIP) left the shores of Ghana for Liberia where it performed a live musical concert to entertain music fans in that country.
The show, organised by the Ghana High Commission to Liberia, formed part of activities lined-up to mark Ghana?s 50th independence anniversary celebrations. It took place on February 9, 10 and 11.
On February 10, VIP performed alongside some African musicians at a beach jam to unite the people of Africa.
The event attracted over 10,000 music fans from the West African sub-region.
The group will make a trip to London to participate and perform at the Africa Jam Fest to be held on February 16 at the Coronet Theatre.
The event will bring together designers from various parts of the world to showcase their products.
The event will as well wage an intensive campaign against the spread of HIV/AIDS in Africa.
VIP will perform some of their popular hit-songs like Ahomka Wome, Besin, Pussycat, Daben Na Odobeba among others.
In a chat before their departure, the chief executive of Goodies Music Productions, managers of VIP, said the group will perform so music fans will feel the presence of Ghanaian music.
