Two contestants from each category would, on Friday, leave The Search House, as the talent-hunt show enters the second week.

With barely eight weeks to go, it is already obvious that the best talents would continue to stay until the final winner was declared.

Last week, the contestants were made to exhibit their various talents, one after the other to the listening public, during the first major performances in the competition.

Every single performance was of class, and with minimum flaws. It looked as if most of the contestants were already polished and the judges had very little imperfections to criticise.

This means who ever leaves on Friday, would suffer eviction, because of his or her low votes on One Touch.

The Search, described as a life-changing event, would create a platform to bring to the limelight, young talented people, between the ages of 18 and beyond, to showcase their untapped and hidden talents, through the power of radio.

They would be given ample opportunities to prove their talents, through singing, poetry or appellation recitals, and also, demonstrate abilities to imitate known personalities with perfection, and to explore further, as they line themselves up for a glittering career in showbiz.

All the contestants are being featured on Fiifi Banson?s drive programme, Ekwanso Brebre, aired from 4pm to 6pm daily, on Peace FM.

The Search is broadcast every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and after each week?s performance, the general public was asked to support their favourites contestants through voting.

Two contestants who receive the least votes in each category, would be eliminated until the final, when the best talents would emerge.

The contestant who might be crowned winner of the competitive show, would surely walk home with very attractive packages, and guaranteed media exposure, for some time to come.
