Old SodjaThe Ghanaian music industry is awash with young hiplife acts which goes on and on. But no one - perhaps ever – thought Old Sodja could ever be known like this.

He is gradually breaking history as the most successful artiste to come from Takoradi with songs like “Bra”, “Yaa Abaa Hemaa”, “Adi Dede” and “Odo”.

Old Sodja, an attendant of armed forces has already crossed-over to all townships in Ghana. His biggest towns so far are Kumasi, Takoradi and Cape Coast.

The maiden album of Old Sodja is titled “Tyme” which further goes to say “I started a long time ago. So many challenges came my way when I set off for the music quest but still I have not seen the light but one day will see it”.

The number of radio plays he receives a day is unbelievable to which he is also saying he is designing a nice package for his fans this Christmas.

Before he reached his teen hood age, Old Sodja was already an eager and ambitious hiplife artiste wielding all the hit making requirements. His peers he moved around with were Castro, Last K, Odomfour and more.

The young entertainer is also a professional football player who wants to tell his peers that when you discover your talent early pursue it.

Old Sodja recruited Osrani, Okyeame Quame, Reggie Zippy, and Concern for the “Tyme” album.
