Adopting the writing style of great African songstresses like Angelique kidjo of Benin and Mariam Makeba of South Africa, and an equally matched unique voice as well as her experiences gathered in the infamous struggles of her country, African Queen is undoubtedly one to watch out for in the traditional African music genre.
