  Engaging in polygamy and producing many children per family, children that you can barely feed or adequately house, and you want the USA to support you while you continue to cling to your antiquated traditional practices or religious beliefs. Why are these NGOs looking to the USA for assistance but not to the Nigerian government? Our African leaders brag about their countries having vast amounts of natural resources, yet these so-called African nations are more dependent on foreign aid while pretending to be independent nations.
