Ghana’s Prosper Ankrah will on March 28, vie for the World Boxing Organisation (WBO) International Batamweight Title in Manila, Philipines.
Ankrah will come up against Philipino Ryo Akaho, who has a fight record of 25, with 17 knock-outs one defeats and two draws to his credit.
The Ghanaian on the other hand, has fought 29 times and lost four, with three knockouts.
Solomon Otoo, the manager of the boxer told the GNA Sports that, Ankrah will leave Ghana on March 23, to fine tune preparations for the fight.
He said the fight will offer his boxer the opportunity to the WBO ranking and others as well.
Otoo, expressed confidence that his ward will come out victorious and urged Ghanaians to support him spiritually.
