Undefeated Ghanaian boxer, Braimah Kamoko a.k.a “Bukom Banku” has thrown a challenge to United States of America (USA) based Ghanaian boxer Bastie Samir after their proposed fight in December, hit a snag.
“Bring on Samir Bastie and I will show him a lesson, he is not a boxer he is just a talkative and I bet you I will show him that am the strongest boxer in Ghana.
“I have spoken to McDon and he has assured me that the fight will come on, initially I heard people saying I was scared and that was why I was running away from the fight.
“The main reason why I pulled out of the fight was because the money involved was too small and that was the main reason why I pulled out.
“But now that he has confirmed to top up the money am ready to beat Samir because I know he cannot fight me”.
Chief Executive of McDon Boxing Promotion McDon Atitsogbui said “I have spoken to Bukom Banku and he sounds positive about the fight and he says he is ready for the showdown next year”.
He said his outfit has settled all outstanding issues and the scheduled bout between the two Ghanaians will come on, on 6th March 2015.
“We can confirm that the two boxers have agreed to fight on 6th March next year and that fight will come on,” he added.
