Isaac Dogboe’s (17-0, 11KOs) Mexican opponent Cesar Juarez (20-5, 15 KOs),fired a strong warning to Team Dogboe on his arrival in Ghana ahead of January 6th battle at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

Juarez alongside his trainers Manuel Lopez, Margarito Juarez (his father), and his advisor Sean Gibbons – they landed on Friday night (7:50pm) with KLM flight number 589.

Juarez and his team are currently lodging at the Alisa Hotel.

Juarez in an interview at the Kotoka International Airport ahead of the fight promised to stun Dogboe infront of his home town fans.

“I’m very happy coming to Ghana, i have watched videos of Isaac Dogboe on Youtube and i’m ready to face him,” he said.

“Dogboe is strong, fast and but despite that I’m ever ready for him. I will surely win the fight.”

When asked whether he will be going for a knockout, he said, “I will be going for a knockout but i can’t predict the round i will stop him. Dogboe will be fighting with a real Mexican fighter so he should be ready for me. I have fought monsters like Nonito Donaire so I’m not scared of Dogboe.”

With respect to the weather condition, the former world title contender said, “I’m comfortable with the weather it is okay and fine.”

At stake for the upcoming clash is the interim WBO World super bantamweight belt. The bout is being promoted by Rising Star Africa Promotions.
