Sammy Anim Addo donates to Army Recruit Training School at Shai Hills

The Chief Executive Officer of Gyan Investments, Samuel Anim Addo on Friday, October, 26 had the honour of gracing the Inter Novices Boxing Competition held at the Army Recruit Training School at Shai Hills.

The event which forms part of the training drills for the Ghana Armed Forces saw Thomas Laryea emerge as the overall best boxer.

Anim Addo who attended the event in the company of his newly-signed boxer, John Laryea and kid served as the guest of honour for the ceremony.

Anim Addo in a show benevolence donated boxing items to Thomas Laryea and the training school. The items include gloves and other training equipment.

He also commended Thomas Laryea for winning the boxing contest and urged him to use his strength and knowledge gathered during the training period to serve the country.

“I was honored to present the overall best boxer award to recruit Thomas Laryea at the Inter Novices Boxing Competition held at the Army Recruit Training School at Shai Hills. I want to thank Lieutenant Colonel Emmanuel Larbi Sarpong Gyadu, Commander of the training school for the honour”, he said.

Anim recently signed 18-year-old John Laryea who has been tipped for greatness by boxing experts in the country.
