Lions Promotions have confirmed undercard fighters for the WBO Africa middleweight title clash between Ghana’s Obodai Sai and Namibia’s Walter Kautondokwa dubbed ‘Explosive Fight Night.’
The clash will come off on June 16th at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
Kautondokwa will be defending his WBO Africa middleweight belt against Sai who holds the WBO interim Africa middleweight belt. Also at stake is the vacant IBF Africa middleweight belt.
For the undercard fights, Raphael Mensah will battle Edward Kambasi in a super featherweight contest billed for eight rounds.
There will be a rematch clash between Michael Ansah and Patrick Okine. Okine won the first clash two months ago when he scored a TKO in round four against Ansah, their clash will be a lightweight contest scheduled for ten rounds.
Emmanuel Martey will make his first defense of his national super middleweight title when he comes up against Abdul Karim.
Kpakpo Allotey will battle Samuel Turkson for the vacant national super lightweight strap.
