Hundreds of women have converged at the National Theatre in Accra to participate in this year’s 'Woman 2.1 Summit’ which is currently underway on the theme "Unleash Your Power".
The two-day Summit aims at bringing together inspirational, ambitious, forward thinking and successful women in all walks of life to share their dreams and stories facing women in today’s life.
The Summit which commenced today features business women and agents of change who have developed themselves in diverse fields to help drive the change every nation desires.
The summit focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, technology and self-development as practical tools to enhance the professional and personal advancement of attendees.
Participants with business ideas but lack funds to operate will be given the opportunity to apply for over $1 million dollars from Acumen, an NGO to invest in their business ideas.
