40 Under 40: Rashida Saani honoured with First Among Equals Award

Chief Executive Officer of I-ZAR Group, Rashida Saani has been honoured with the First Among Equals Award at the 2019 edition of Forty Under 40 Awards.

The ceremony, which was held at the Kempinksi Gold Coast City Hotel, Accra saw the strategic communications consultant awarded for her efforts as a young entrepreneur with diverse business affiliates.

Giving her speech, Rashida Saani dedicated her award to the youth who are struggling out there and encouraged them to change the narrative since they are the ones to change the world.

“They said that the average lifespan for a business is 4 years. I want to believe that the narrative is gradually changing with the emergence of young people like us. Tonight, I would like to say this is a special dedication to all young people and especially women out there who are hustling.”
