AFB Ghana, one of the leading financial services companies with presence in over 23 locations in all ten regions across the country, has introduced a new channel that seeks to revolutionize how loans can be applied.

Dubbed ‘Paperless Loan’, this new, innovative and time saving service was born out of the need to always see customers experience the best of services from one of the biggest salary loan lenders in the country and Africa.

“We want our customers to have a unique and delightsome experience in our service delivery in the way that no other institution does. This new sales channel gives them just that,” Arnold Parker, Managing Director of AFB Ghana told the media at the unveiling of the service.

Existing and potential customers of AFB Ghana can now access loans via their mobile phones anywhere and anytime.

Customers are expected to dial *714*777#, and continue the simple steps to accessing a loan. The procedure will require inputting of name, cell phone number, type of ID Card, and ID Card number.

Currently, the system works on MTN, Tigo, Vodafone and Airtel and plans are in the works to add Expresso and Glo.

Mr. Parker explained that this channel has been introduced to all mobile phone users in Ghana so that accessing an afb loan is made much simpler.

He added that there is no better time to introduce this sales channel than now especially as the company continues to explore the frontiers of financial inclusion through the use of technology.

“As we seek to grow as an organization, our passion is to continuously ensure that our customer experience is world class. It is for that same reason that will continue to introduce innovative products to benefit our numerous customers,” he added.

With over 80,000 customers in Ghana alone, AFB provides financial solutions to all public and civil servants as well as all private sector salaried workers.
