Accra, Feb. 21, GNA- AccTech Ghana, a financial and business management software consultancy, has been honoured as the number one Accpac Business Partner for the West African sub region. AccTech Ghana, also won the top Accpac Business Partner in the AccTech Alliance Group of eleven Accpac Business Partners award. It received "Gold Business Partners" status from Softline Accpac international of the US.
Mr Alan R. Harris, Managing Director of AccTech Ghana told Ghana News Agency (GNA) that this took place at AccTech Ghana's annual all Africa 2008 Insights Partner Conference held in Durban, South Africa from 6th to 9th February this year.
He said in addition to the three awards that AccTech Ghana won, the AccTech Group scooped a total of ten other awards. These include the number one Accpac Business Partner in South Africa's Gauteng province as well as the number one provider of Client Relationship Management (CRM), retail and cashbook business solutions in Africa.
Mr Harris said "We are very proud of our achievements," said Mr Alan R. Harris, Managing Director of AccTech Ghana. He also said "being the number one partner in the AccTech Alliance is a great honour for us, but achieving the status as the number one Accpac Business Partner for the entire West African region pays testament to the professional standards of our hard working Accpac team."
Mr Harris said as a result of the high standards attained by AccTech Ghana, the company has been appointed as one of only two Accpac Recognised Training Centre (RTC) in the West Africa region, aside of South Africa.
Mr Tertius Zitzke, Managing Director of AccTech Systems International, said the "the African continent is overflowing with business opportunities and that Our growth, together with our industry awards for our African Alliance Partners, pays testament to the business potential within Africa." Other winners of awards were AccTech Zimbabwe and AccTech Namibia, who received Silver Partner status awards. AccTech Systems was also crowned the number one Softline Accpac Business Partner on the African continent for the fourth consecutive year.
