Accra, Feb. 1, GNA - The Accra bourse lifted itself up on Wednesday, but the volume of traded shares remained low. The All-Share Index, the main market index, gained 28.55 points on the strength of a good show by Mobil Oil Ghana Limited (MOGL), which gained 16,000 cedis at 54,000 cedis.
The All-Share Index ended up at 4,721.39 points from Tuesday's 4,692.84 points while change of the year-to-date appreciated to -1.00 per cent from -1.60 per cent.
Market capitalization rose to 91,731.22 billion cedis from 91,655.62 billion cedis while shares that changed hands slumped to 23,200 from 160,300 on Tuesday.
