The Minister expressed the hope that the new hotel will introduce competition into the hospitality sector and by so doing improve quality service delivery and competitive hotel rates. According to managers of the hotel, they are committed to delivering according to its theme “Strengthening the Core for Growth”, a theme which seeks to align the Group to its vision which is “to be the benchmark hotel management company in Africa”. Its focus is therefore on service excellence, consolidating its portfolio to ensure optimum results from its operations as well as cost alignment in all its activities.
