Aviation Awards 2016 finalist announced

Xodus Communications Limited the organisers of the Aviation Awards has announced the 2016 Nominees for this year's Awards.

According to the Events Director, Richard Abbey Jnr, 82 entries were received from over 25 companies.

The National Awards which is endorsed by the Ministry of Transport. The Aviation Industry Awards is the sole Award recognizing the Ghanaian airline industry, and an African benchmark of airline aviation excellence.

The AVIATION AWARDS, the first of its kind in Ghana, and will be awarding and recognizing distinctions exhibited in every classification of the aviation industry.

These categories are wide ranging and stretches from domestic and international airline operators, to service providers, travel and tourism companies, insurance and supportive financial institutions, local airports and many more.

The Airline Operator Of The Year category has Ethiopian Airlines,Turkish Airlines,Kenya Airlines,Emirates Airline, Africa World Airlines, Klm Royal Dutch Airlines,Delta Air Lines (Delta Air lines Gsa-Ghana)and Aerogem Aviation Limited as nominees.

Ethiopian Airlines, Asky Airlines, Kenya Airways, Medview Airline, Africa World Airlines and Dana Air have been nominated for the Regional Africa Airline Awards Category .
