Country Manager for Infinix Ghana mobile, Kinmo Cai has cautioned all Ghanaians especially Infinix mobile phone users to be vigilant not to fall victim but to quickly report activities of fake mobile dealers in the country to the police for immediate apprehension.
According to him, although Infinix smartphones are the best in quality yet activities of some miscreants who parade the streets with fake Infinix branded products makes it difficult for most users to enjoy their favorite quality Infinix branded original smartphone devices.
“It is regrettable to note that our good name has been dragged to the mud due to the bad attitude of miscreants claiming to be authorized dealers of Infinix and trading spurious products to our cherished customers. What is even more worrying is the exorbitant rates they charge for each devices knowing very well that it is fake which the blame is attributed to us unaware” Kinmo Cai laments.
Smart device maker INFINIX recently launched its Note 3 smartphone into the Ghanaian market with the high performance XE02 noise- canceling headphone. The latest mobile phone devices forms part of the 3rd generation of INFINIX NOTE 3 series with the industry leading “5 min charge: 200 min talk” as its primary highlight. Few weeks after its introduction into the market, the smartphone device has taken the market by storm with most people rushing to buy.
But in an interview Country Manager for Infinix Ghana mobile, Kinmo Cai bemoaned the rate at which the company is losing huge revenues through sales as a result of the attitude of miscreants. He added “efforts to give our cherished customers value for money is being challenged on daily basis due to attitudes of these so-called fake mobile phone dealers in the system”.
He therefore cautioned the public against buying their favorite Infinix smartphone devices from roadside dealers but to visit the company’s accredited outlets across the country in order to purchase the original Infinix products.
