Bourse slips on Ghana Commercial Bank loss

Accra, May 3, GNA - - The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) slipped again on Tuesday in another dull trading as the lacklustre performance of the bourse continued.

The GSE All-Share Index, the benchmark measure, lost 5.98 points at 6,102.21 points from 6,108.19 points and change for the year also ended poorer at -10.24 per cent.

Market capitalisation ended lower at 95,187.16 billion cedis from 95,202.98 billion cedis.

Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) lost 100 cedis at 12,400 cedis but CFAO gained three cedis at 278 cedis.

Tptal shares traded ended lower at 90,400 from Friday's close of 135,600 shares.
