The management of Busy Internet has reiterated their commitment towards offering quality, fast and reliable broadband internet services to help in the development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) in the country.
The company since its establishment over the past ten years has not relented in its efforts of providing efficient and effective ICT services to small and medium scale enterprises in the field of broadband internet services as well as data storage/ back up services.
Speaking to Journalist in Accra to launch the company’s decade of service in Accra, Mr. Praveen Sadalage, Managing Director of BusyInternet, said the company had established its presence by passionately stressing on customer satisfaction and reliability, constantly employing innovative ways to bring quality and affordable services to its customers.
“The company has come this far as result of the hard work and the total commitment to customer satisfaction by maintaining consistency and reliability of service as well as constant leadership in the broadband service industry,” he said.
Mr Sadalage revealed that through commitment the company had being adjudged by the Chartered institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) as the Internet Service Provider of the Year 2009 and 2010 as well as the ‘Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the year 2007/2008’ by the Ministry of Communications.
Mr Kwesi Nkrumah, Sales and Marketing Manager of the company said BusyInternet had recently launched Ghana’s first commercial and carrier neutral data centre, adding:“We were the first operator to launch on new MainOne cable system, a submarine network cable, that provide a superfast internet connectivity and data download.”
“Our technology platform for fixed broadband access solutions delivers a fast, cost-effective, scalable and reliable connectivity. These solutions offer flexible options to improve coverage to meet subscriber demand and are designed to work and suit all kinds of environment,” he said.
