Christmas grand sales exhibition opens in Kumasi

Kumasi, Dec 16, GNA - A 19-day Christmas Grand Sales Exhibition the Ghana Trade Fair Company organised opened at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi on Thursday.

The exhibition involving 130 exhibitors from Ghana is expected to include some exhibitors from Togo, Benin and China. Miss Esther Ofori, the Chief Executive of the Ghana Trade Fair Company, suggested to the exhibitors to reduce the prices of their wares to meet the pockets of all.

She cautioned them against exhibiting shoddy and expired goods and said the Ghana Standards Board would visit the stands to inspect the goods.
