Credit Union launches “Golden Opportunity Promo”

The Dormaa Area Teachers’ Co-operative Credit Union (DATCCU) on Monday launched a special savings promotion product to increase its financial mobilization.

The product dubbed “DATCCU Golden Opportunity Promo” aims at giving opportunity for customers and potential customers to save their monies with the Union for the next three months.

Speaking in an interview with the GNA at Dormaa-Ahenkro in Brong-Ahafo Region, Mr. James Ameyaw Yeboah, the Chief Executive Officer of DATCCU, said members and potential members were allowed to save an amount between GHC200.00 and GHC300.00 with an accumulated interest of 25 per cent per annum.

“We want to ensure that our customers have maximum returns on deposits for future investments”, Mr. Ameyaw indicated.

The winner during the final draw on April 30, 2015 would receive a KIA Atos car, a brand new Haojin motor bike for the first runner–up, a 24-inch flat screen television for the second runner-up and a first term SHS school fees payment for the fourth position.

He said other instant prizes included key holders, exercise books, t-shirts and cups.
