The DP Group Limited, a United Kingdom-based real estate developer, is introducing its signature combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary designs tailored to satisfy the lifestyle and dreams of homebuyers, on the Ghanaian market.
At an event to launch itself, the company exhibited its latest project, christened: “Kingfisher Court” - four and five bedroom houses, Exclusive Community of Nine homes, Swimming pools ,Green landscape ,On site water supply, Gated courtyard and a 24/7 security service.
In his presentation, Mr Darren Dzirasa-Payne, Operations Director of DP Group Limited, said the Kingfisher Court consisted of two unique designs; “Woodpecker and Greenfinch”, which were both situated at Adjiringanor, a suburb of Accra.
Mr Dzirasa-Payne explained that the Greenfinch Build was a luxurious four bedded semi-detached house covering a 240-metre square space and comprised a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three bedrooms with en-suite showers, fitted kitchen with utility area, dining and living room, children’s living area as well as a walk-in-closet.
The Operations Director, also described the Woodpecker Build as a ‘stunning well designed five bedded detached house, comprising a custom fully fitted kitchen with utility area, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three bedrooms with en-suite showers, dining and living room, children’s living area and a maid’s room.’
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he said in addition to investing massively in the economic sector, the company planned to support orphanages to alleviate the challenges and struggles they encountered.
Their focus, he said, would be in education and the environment.
