Esoko launches 'Expert Network'

Esoko has added yet another feather to its cap of initiatives. Esoko launched the “Expert Network” to assist farmers in their queries in Accra, Ghana.

A combination of private & public organizations, the networks consists of 15 experts in the areas of agronomy, entomology, meteorology, nutrition and agribusiness.

The expert network is designed to partner with the call centre agents and help farmers by providing solutions to their queries. The experts are also tasked to train the call centre agents once every year on their area of expertise. 

This is an initiative to not only build the capacity of the call centre team, but to provide better insights and solutions to farmers’ needs.
