Excel HR Consult is organizing a Training Course for HND Graduates and above interested in taking up roles as Credit and Loan Officers.

The financial sector has experienced a massive clean-up following the collapse of Seven Banks and 347 Microfinance Institutions.

Poor lending and risk management practices leading to high non-performing loans was among many other reasons accounting for the poor performance and eventual collapse of the Seven banks and 347 microfinance institutions whose licenses have been revoked.

There is, therefore, the need to equip job seekers interested in becoming loan and credit officers with the requisite skills to function excellently.

The financial sector continues to play a major role in the economy. In addition to making the sector more formidable than ever before, Excel HR aims at training HND Graduates and above in Loan and Credit Appraisal Skills, who will work directly to improve the performance of loans and credit in their respective institutions.

Trainees will be highly considered for job placement as and when Excel HR receives recruitment requests from institutions that require their skill set.

The loan and credit appraisal skills training will be supplemented by Sales and Marketing Training as well as Communication Skills Training.

Unskilled staff and lack of regular training is a major cause of poor customer service, reputational damage and avoidable errors committed by employees in hotels. This affects the interpersonal relationships with guests and this hampers the growth and brand image of individual hotels, and in the long term the development of the hospitality industry.

For hotel staff to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently, they must have the relevant skills, values, attitudes and knowledge in hotel management, marketing, food and beverage etc. to take care of hotel operations.

Considering the fast pace of growth in the hospitality industry, Excel HR aims at training SHS Graduates and above on practical hospitality management skills to take on vacancies available in hotels.

This training is designed to improve customer service, hotel front office operations, hotel housekeeping management, health and safety in food services and preventing and treating accidents in food service operation.

Trainees will be highly considered for job placement as and when Excel HR receives recruitment requests from institutions that require their skill set.
