The Fiesta Residences, a boutique hotel and a service apartment, located in a serene environment in a residential area is due for official opening in February next year.
Already the hotel section has opened, while the apartment area is receiving final touches.
The facility made up of 24 hotel rooms, consist of two suites, two luxury rooms and 20 standard rooms with 30 two-bed room apartments.
Mrs Rachel Bruce, the Revenue and Marketing Manager, Fiesta Residences speaking during a tour of the facility said the hotel was opened on Tuesday, August 4 to business with almost all aspect of the unique hospitality facility ready for use by society’s crème de la crème and a fast growing middle class.
She said the apartment provided services in the range of short to long stay for the business traveler and corporate institutions with daily housekeeping services.
She said with modern and functional designs, the apartments feature an elegant dining room, lounge with outside courtyard and a fully equipped kitchen facility with washing machine.
“Each unit also has a secure parking bay, access to the residence lounge, swimming pool, spa and fitness Centre and includes all utilities,” she added.
Mrs Bruce said the hotel has a spa Centre and fitness Centre, a swimming pool, 38- seater restaurant, where guests could enjoy their meal.
He said the hotel could boast of first class amenities that include an all-day restaurant and bar, the Grill Room, the Lurra Spa, an eight- seater boardroom, complimentary WiFi, and a free airport shuttle service, as well as welcoming, knowledgeable staff.
Mrs Giselle Van As, the General Manager, Fiesta Residences told the GNA that the location of the business is unique and is poised to be the leader in service delivery to their clients in the corporate and tourism industry.
She said management has decided to broaden their market to better and effectively serve their clientele.
The General Manager said leadership of the hotel is ready to forge partnership with Corporates, Travel and tour companies, in operating its business.
"As a hospitality player, we pay much attention to details to provide excellent customer service to our clients," she added.
She said the hospitality industry holds great potentials, which needs much support from stakeholders in the tourism industry to perform well and sustained their business.
